Her flexibility, adaptability, reliability and compassion, aswell as that of all the team of carers, is the most precious gift for a family in our situation. Nicky and the team have often stepped in and adapted at short notice to provide support to our family for unplanned appointments or with unanticipated/unpredictable situations. Every time I’ve hit a bump in the road, whilst trying to navigate the new challenges of caring for older relatives whose health and capacity has declined erratically and rapidly, Nicky has taken time to understand the needs of our family, and to propose and implement care options quickly and without fuss, as the situation has developed. Nicky has also lightened the load of responsibility for myself considerably, by, for example, ensuring medication and prescriptions are managed correctly and safely.

Nicky and her team are clearly totally committed to meeting the needs of their clients. The care they provide is thoughtful, considerate and respectful.
