Apollo Care Wirral is led by Nicky Lucas, her journey into care started when she was looking for support for an elderly relative. The carers themselves were always kind and compassionate, but the overall experience with agencies was often disappointing. It became clear to Nicky that the issue wasn’t the carers, it was how the services were being run. That’s what led her to Apollo Care. Nicky wanted to build a service that truly supports both clients and carers, where care is personal, well-managed and centered around people.
